Please be descriptive when submitting a support claim so we can best assist you. A response will be sent within 24 hours. Please be sure to include your Blu-ray player make and model number, the Blu-ray title and a detailed description of the problem (i.e. the error message, when it occurred, etc.).

Make sure you submit accurate information so we can document your case and reach you if necessary. Any forms submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be answered.
